Villa la Esperanza in Goleta offers 83 affordable units that vary in sizes from studios to five bedrooms. The property provides residents with a community center and kitchen, onsite laundry facilities, playgrounds, communal barbeque areas, and a Learning Center with afterschool programming for students. Villa la Esperanza is also furnished with many energy-saving features, including synthetic turf, “smart” water controls, drip irrigation, and energy-saving LED fixtures.
