Located in the City of San Luis Obispo, Tiburon Place is comprised of 68 studio, one, and two bedroom units. This three-story, three-building community also has a community room, outdoor courtyard, and playground. Residents have access to onsite property management and service-enriched support.
34 units are set-aside for referrals from the local Coordinated Entry System. This is a countywide network that aligns homeless services to ensure that resources are efficiently and equitably distributed to support those experiencing homelessness.

Those that are imminent at risk of becoming homeless or are currently homeless might be eligible to be assessed for the Permanent Housing Queue and referral to available units.
