Templeton Place II is a 36-unit affordable housing community. Residents have a variety of living options based on their needs, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floorplans. Rent is variable on the income of the applicant and all utilities are included.
Each unit is equipped with appliances, air conditioning, and an emergency call system for safety and peace-of-mind. Accessible design features accommodate those with varied mobility needs, including vision and hearing impairment.
Residents have access to shared community spaces for social gatherings and neighborhood events. Onsite laundry facilities provide convenience, with close proximity to residential units. Multiple outdoor spaces are available for relaxation, socializing, and movement, including two community gardens.
