Oceanside Gardens consists of 21 cottage-style apartments. All units are one-bedroom, single-story, and ADA accessible. Kitchens come equipped with a four-burner stove, refrigerator, and built-in storage. Spaces are built with accessible design and a 24/7 monitored emergency call system for safety and peace-of-mind. Residents are responsible for paying gas and electric utilities. All other utilities are paid by PSHH.
