As the Chief Real Estate Development Officer, Veronica oversees all aspects of design, finance and construction of affordable homeownership and rental housing development. She brings over fifteen years of experience in affordable housing and community development to the organization. Prior to joining PSHH, she developed affordable housing for Wakeland Housing, the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura, Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation, and AMCAL Multi-Housing Inc..
Veronica is committed to advancing housing opportunity that is out of reach for low-income and underserved communities. Apart from serving on the board of the California Coalition for Rural Housing (CCRH), she serves her community as a Ventura County Planning Commissioner for the 5th District. Veronica completed her undergraduate degree at the University of California Los Angeles and is an alumna of the CORO fellowship in public affairs.
