Rick Gulino, LCSWDirector of Resident Services and Neighborhood Development
Since joining the organization in 2008, Rick Gulino has been responsible for driving the continued success of the Resident Services and Community Building & Engagement departments.
Raised in Boston, Rick moved to California in 1993 in pursuit of a master’s degree in social work from CSU Long Beach. Since then, he has served in a number of capacities as a social worker specializing in mental health at many community-based intervention centers in Southern California and is also HIPAA certified.
Rick lives in Arroyo Grande and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, hiking with his dog Lola, and attending music and sporting events.
