Nicole Ramos

Nicole began her career in Human Resources in the digital marketing industry. Since joining PSHH in 2017, she has supported the continued expansion of the organization and enriched the team member experience through the adoption of enhanced benefit packages, hybrid work patterns, and internal paths for career development.

As the Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer, Nicole provides direction and advocacy for inclusion and engagement Initiatives, and for the Human Resources, Information Technology, Office Operations, Public Affairs, and Resource Development departments. She ensures that strategic business practices direct organizational initiatives, which provide a critical foundation to the PSHH mission.

When not at work, Nicole balances her days with hiking and fishing, cooking for her family, and her newly found love for crochet – enjoying life in Atascadero with her husband and her dogs, Lady & Reggie.
