Liz Smith

Originally joining us in 2006 as the only compliance expert, Liz now manages a full team of professionals. With over 20 years of experience in affordable housing, she closely monitors industry and regulatory requirements and changes and ensures funder requirements are met throughout the service life of an asset.

Liz resides in Nipomo, where she enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering, traveling to warm places, shopping, reading, playing games and visiting Disneyland. She has five children, one grandchild, a dog, and two cats.
