CEO & President
Since joining PSHH in 2005, and prior to assuming his role as CEO, Ken also served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and the Vice-President of Real Estate Finance. With extensive experience accumulated through a 30+ year distinguished career in banking and affordable housing Ken brings an innovative combination of executive skills to this position. He earned his undergraduate degree in Agricultural Business Management from Cal Poly and his MBA in Finance and Banking from Golden Gate University, San Francisco.
Ken is proud to have originated and developed numerous rental projects, many transformed from rundown and neglected investments, for over 2,000 individuals. However, his greatest passion now is to increase affordable housing opportunities on the Central Coast with site-based services and build on PSHH’s strong and successful foundation.
Ken lives in Atascadero, has been married for nearly 30 years and is the proud father of four sons – a banker, a student and two marines. When not out camping in the wilderness, he enjoys being home on his ranch and in the company of his Australian Cattle dog Bolt and his Dorper sheep.
