Jim

Jim is a U.S. Air Force veteran who honorably served our country. When a devastating fire burned his home and community to the ground, he spent four years couch surfing and feeling untethered. With help from PSHH, he was connected to Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing, was placed on our waiting list, and found a place to call home at Templeton Place II.

“Moving in was like a gift. It’s like God sent you a gift,” Jim shared. Today, Jim is relaxed and proud to host guests in his home. He’s active in his community, and passionate about supporting fellow veterans.

Jim is one of the more than 100 veterans who are now safely housed with PSHH.
