Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Griffin oversees $155M of corporate assets to include a real estate portfolio valued at $200M. Responsible for financial closings of new real estate developments, his fifteen-member team ensure the availability of funding to sustain programs, services and growth.


Along with seeking conventional financing, Griffin pursues non-traditional and emerging funding models for affordable housing. His risk management and investment assessments ensure compliance with best practices and GAAP principals, allowing for timely financial reporting and tax filing. His judicious financial oversight provides for the appropriate allocation of all organizational resources.


A native of San Luis Obispo, Griffin joined PSHH in 2013 originally as the Assistant Controller, was subsequently promoted to Controller, and assumed his current position in 2019. After college, and before moving back to the Central Coast, Griffin spent two years playing professional baseball for the Kansas City Royals.
