Christi Ware

As Director of Accounting & Finance, Christi enriches interdepartmental procedures, leads critical financial projects, manages the audit process, and oversees a multiple array of funding sources for the organization. With 30 years of experience as a Controller for numerous industries, including hospitality, media, real estate, technology, and investment, Christi’s diverse background allows her to respond to the all the complexities of affordable housing.

Originally from the Los Angeles area, Christi lives in Pismo Beach, has six children in Cambria, and two adopted cats to keep the dog busy. She enjoys making jewelry with found and re-purposed objects and spending time with her five grandchildren.
