Anthony
ResidentAfter years of military service and a career in Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus, Anthony found himself living on the Central Coast. For a decade, while building a local reputation for his impressive saxophone skills, Anthony was living out of his car.
With the encouragement of his community, Anthony applied to live in a PSHH property and for the first time in decades, he found himself with a place of his own to call home.
“When they opened the door, I was like, ‘This is mine?’ I’ve never had this before, but it’s changed my life so much.”
Anthony is one of the more than 800 formerly-homeless individuals who are now safely housed with PSHH.
