Pismo Terrace is a rehabilitation of existing properties on a 1.2 acre site and will accommodate approximately 50 units of affordable housing, a community center, and full-time on-site property management. Produced in collaboration with the 5Cities Homeless Coalition, this project has been approved, funded, and planned in record time!

Broad Street Place – Construction Starting 2021

Broad Street Place will provide mixed-use, new construction for the City of San Luis Obispo. The property will include three commercial spaces along with 40 apartment units. Residents will also have access to a community center, bike storage, playground, electric vehicle charging stations, onsite property management, and supportive services.
Heath House – Completed Spring 2021
Sola Street, Santa Barbara
Housing for Formerly Homeless Women
Once complete, Heath House will provide housing for formerly homeless women in the Santa Barbara area. The two-story, 2500 square-foot home will be comprised of seven bedrooms, five-bathrooms, multiple common areas, and a shared kitchen and dining room. PSHH will also provide onsite supportive services, including case management, counseling, education programs, and compassionate property management – all free of charge for the residents.
Templeton Place II – Completed Fall 2022

Housing for Seniors, Veterans, & the Formerly Homeless
This project is the second phase of Templeton Place, an completed PSHH property that currently provides 29 affordable units for seniors and individuals living with disabilities. With construction starting late 2020, this property will consist of 36 units of housing for seniors, veterans, and formerly homeless individuals. Residents will have access to a beautiful community center, onsite laundry facilities, and supportive resident services.
