Housing for low-income households

A collaboration with the 5 Cities Homeless Coalition, Pismo Terrace is a new construction project on a 1.2 acre site, just minutes away from the Pismo Beach coastline. Estimated to be complete in September 2023, this housing will provide 50 new units of affordable housing for low-income households. There will be 1 and 2-bedroom floorplans available, all equipped with a new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, window shades, and vinyl flooring. There will also be mobility and sensory-accessible units available. Pismo Terrace has historical significance, as it has been approved, funded, and planned in record time.

Amenities include a community room, laundry facilities, a playground, and bike racks. PSHH will provide compassionate onsite property management and free supportive housing services to all who call Pismo Terrace home.

Located in the City of San Luis Obispo, this new construction development will comprised of 68 apartments, including studio, one, and two bedroom units. This three-story, three-building configuration with a community building, outdoor courtyard, and playground for children, will serve individuals and families making 30-60% of the area median income as well as populations with special needs and will provide onsite supportive services. Housing for Families & Farmworkers

People’s Place is a new construction development of 68 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, which will serve families and farmworkers with rents affordable to households earning 30-60% of the area median income. On-site amenities include a community building with a kitchen for resident events, a multipurpose room, and three staff offices. The community building opens to an outdoor courtyard area with shaded seating, picnic tables, BBQs, and two playgrounds.
