People’s Place – Completion Anticipated Winter 2023

People’s Place is a new construction development of 69 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, which will serve families and farmworkers with rents affordable to households earning 30-60% of the area median income. On-site amenities include a community building with a kitchen for resident events, a multipurpose room, and three staff offices. The community building opens to an outdoor courtyard area with shaded seating, picnic tables, BBQs, and two playgrounds. All residents will have access to onsite Property Management and free, confidential supportive services.
