Housing for Seniors (62+), Priority to Veterans

Templeton Place II is a 36-unit community, currently under construction, which will provide new affordable housing for seniors age 62+ in the beautiful city of Templeton. Ten units will be set aside for homeless veterans and some will receive assistance through the VASH Project Based Voucher from the Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo. Due to be completed in Fall 2022, Templeton Place II will offer studios, one-, and two-bedroom units, which will all come equipped with an oven range, refrigerator, central-heating, and air, as well as an emergency call system monitored by the onsite manager. Amenities will include a furnished community room and open outdoor space to create a relaxed living environment and foster interaction among residents. The property is located adjacent to Twin Cities Hospital and many other nearby services.

Pismo Terrace is a rehabilitation of existing properties on a 1.2 acre site and will accommodate approximately 50 units of affordable housing, a community center, and full-time on-site property management. Broad Street Place will provide mixed-use, new construction for the City of San Luis Obispo. The property will include three commercial spaces along with 40 apartment units. People’s Place is a new construction development of 68 one-, two- and three-bedroom units, which will serve families and farmworkers with rents affordable to households earning 30-60% of the area median income. On-site amenities include a community building with a kitchen for resident events, a multipurpose room, and three staff offices. The community building opens to an outdoor courtyard area with shaded seating, picnic tables, BBQs, and two playgrounds.
