  • Rental Property Listing and Rental Applications are not provided and are your responsibility. The current printable Property Listing can be found on the server at "Everyone" (Y Drive) / "Brochures & Property Listings by Co" / "Property Listings". Please use the appropriate file for your printing specifications (i.e. color file for color printing and B/W file for black & white printing). The current printable Rental Applications can be found on the serve at "Everyone" (Y Drive) / Prop Mgt / Pre-App.
  • Printing Costs

    If printing costs must be incurred to fulfill your request, your department will be charged directly. You will only be charged for the quantities requested.

  • Equipment Request

    Equipment is not guaranteed. In the event of an overlapping request, equipment is made available based on exposure/value of your event. Larger, public events will take priority over resident or property-based events. Equipment is then provided on a first-come basis if events are deemed of equal value.
  • You are responsible for returning the tablecloths in the same CLEAN condition you received them.

  • I understand that I am responsible for the care of PSHH equipment and will notify the Events Team immediately to any damage caused while in my possession. I also understand my department may be charged if any damage is significant enough to require ordering replacement equipment.
