Located near community parks, grocery stores, and public transportation, Tiburon Place consists of 68 units designed for income-eligible households and formerly-homeless individuals. Floorplans include studio, one, and two-bedrooms ranging from 368 to 727 square feet. There are also 14 accessible units designed to meet the needs of individuals with mobility, hearing, and vision limitations. All units come with a dishwasher, fridge, stove, air conditioning, heating, window coverings, and vinyl flooring.  

Rents vary by household size, unit size, and income of the household. Electricity is paid by the resident. Water, sewer, gas, and trash are included in the rent. A monthly utility allowance is provided to each unit. Security deposits are required, but if this would incur a financial hardship, alternatives are available.  

34 units are set aside for referrals from the local Coordinated Entry System. This is a countywide network that aligns homeless services to ensure that resources are efficiently and equitably distributed to support those experiencing homelessness. Community members can reach out to the following organizations to get enrolled in this system:   

Those that are imminent at risk of becoming homeless or are currently homeless might be eligible to be assessed for the Permanent Housing Queue and referral to available units.
