Broad Street Place is a new affordable housing community coming to the City of San Luis Obispo, which will serve low-income households. With completion anticipated in early 2023, this property will include three commercial spaces for local businesses and 40 residential apartments with studio, one, two and three-bedroom floorplans offered. A number of units will provide ADA-certified accessibility for those with mobility, hearing, and vision limitations. Amenities include a community room, shared kitchen, barbeque space, outdoor patios, playground, covered bike parking, electric vehicle charging stations, and laundry facilities. Housing for Seniors (62+) & Formerly-Homeless Veterans

Templeton Place II is a new 36-unit affordable housing community from People’s Self-Help Housing. Located in the beautiful town of Templeton, this property will provide housing for seniors age 62 and older. 10 units will also serve formerly homeless veterans. Templeton Place II is adjacent to Twin Cities Hospital and near local parks, bus routes, and community resources. The property offers studios, one-, and two-bedroom units, which come equipped with an oven, refrigerator, heating, air conditioning, and an emergency call system. Amenities include a furnished community room, onsite property management, free supportive housing services, accessible design, and numerous outdoor spaces for Templeton Place II residents to enjoy. Completion is estimated for late spring 2023.
