Originally from the San Fernando Valley, Katherine has been working in the affordable housing industry for nearly a decade. As the Director of Housing Development, she works with the Chief Real Estate Development Officer to oversee all phases of development for both multifamily and homeownership sites. Prior to joining PSHH, Katherine worked at LA Family Housing, Abode Communities, California Home Builders, and the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles where she secured project entitlements, financing awards, and monitored construction of permanent supportive housing projects.

A Katherine le apasiona brindar un enfoque holístico al desarrollo. Es exalumna de LISC AmeriCorps, participó en los institutos de capacitación en desarrollo de viviendas de LISC y tiene una licenciatura en geografía y una maestría en planificación urbana y regional, ambas de UCLA. A Katherine le encantan los números y es una ávida corredora, completando varias medias maratones y la maratón de Los Ángeles desde el estadio de los Dodger hasta el muelle de Santa Mónica.
