Jimmy Summer

In his role as Director of Home Ownership, Jimmy oversees all aspects of our Home Ownership projects from acquisition of the land to when the homes are completed. Since joining PSHH in 2019, he has been in several roles within the Real Estate Development department, first on the Acquisitions team, then in Multi-Family Development before joining Homeownership in early 2022. Prior to PSHH, he worked in corporate finance in Seattle and then at a technology company in San Luis Obispo.

Jimmy grew up in San Luis Obispo and loves to enjoy everything unique to this area including its trails, beaches and food. He lives in Shell Beach with his wife, daughter and dog.
