Anna Miller

Chief Operating Officer

Anna oversees operations at PSHH, which includes property management, maintenance, compliance, the supportive housing and education programs, office operations, and IT. Lending her strength to policy development, process improvements, and oversight of departmental budgeting, Anna brings over two-decades of low-income and multifamily housing experience.

Prior to joining PSHH in 2015, Anna oversaw operations at Mercy Housing, City of Seattle Housing Authority, City of Everett Housing Authority, and Senior Services of Snohomish County. Her deep knowledge of regulatory agencies and government funding sources affords her a broad perspective of all aspects of development, management, and rehabilitation of affordable housing.

Originally from the Seattle area, Anna now lives with her family in Atascadero. Anna strongly believes housing to be a human right and advocates for its development and investment. She currently volunteers as a librarian and lends her expertise to numerous community agencies. Anna also previously served as Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Grover Beach, Board Vice President for the 5 Cities Homeless Coalition, and Board Treasurer for the Grover Beach Community Library. Currently studying at Harvard, Anna is participating in the 2023-24 NeighborWorks Achieving Excellence Program.
