Thomas Joins Peoples’ Self-Help Housing as After School Educator in Carpinteria

Peoples’ Self-Help Housing President/CEO Jeanette Duncan has announced the appointment of Lisa S. Thomas as After-School Educator at Peoples’ Self-Help Housing’s Dahlia Court Learning Center. In this position she facilitates the Youth Education Enhancement Program (YEEP) for the resident children living at the 87-unit Dahlia Court I and II.

A Carpinteria resident, previously she worked for the Santa Barbara Dance Alliance, Channel Islands Y.M.C.A., and case manager for Court Appointed Social Advocates (CASA).
