Valentine Court III Providing Housing for Disabled Individuals in Santa Maria
Santa Maria, CA, September 26, 2003—Peoples' Self-Help Housing has completed the final phase of the Valentine Court Apartments, Valentine Court III which provides housing and services to 9 developmentally Disabled individuals. A section 8 based development; Valentine Court III residents will be responsible for paying 30% of their income toward rent, no matter how low their income.
The Valentine Court III residents will also have full access to the 53-unit Valentine Court I and II services which include laundry room facilities, community room, and social and recreational activities.
