A PSHH home comes in many different styles and sizes. From studios and apartments to townhomes, we build affordable housing for families, seniors, veterans, those living with disabilities, and the formerly homeless.
You can find our neighborhoods in counties along the Central Coast of California. We currently own and manage over 2,000 rental units, providing welcoming environments for over 5,000 residents whose health, well-being and career success is important to us.
In addition to our rental communities we promote and support home ownership opportunities. The roots of our organization lay in guiding owner builders through the self-help housing model. Over 1,200 homes later, we continue to help households construct a firm foundation for their future.
