El Patio es un hotel hist\u00f3rico renovado en la ciudad de Ventura. Ubicados en el centro, los residentes viven cerca de paradas de autob\u00fas, supermercados y proveedores de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. Los residentes tienen acceso a un espacio comunitario seguro y c\u00f3modamente amueblado, lavander\u00eda en el lugar y un jard\u00edn y patio privado para recreaci\u00f3n, relajaci\u00f3n y desarrollo comunitario. <\/span>Todas las unidades ofrecen planos de planta de una habitaci\u00f3n semi-amueblados, con cocina americana, ba\u00f1o privado, aire acondicionado y espacio de almacenaje incorporado. <\/span>Los alquileres var\u00edan seg\u00fan los ingresos del solicitante y todos los servicios p\u00fablicos est\u00e1n incluidos.<\/p>\n
