Tambi\u00e9n incluye:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>14 unidades reservadas para hogares de trabajadores agr\u00edcolas* que ganan entre el 30 y el 60% del AMI<\/li>\n<li>21 unidades ocupadas mediante vales basados en proyectos a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haslo.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Autoridad de Vivienda de San Luis Obispo<\/a><\/li>\n<li>6 unidades reservadas para personas sin hogar o en riesgo de quedarse sin hogar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Todas las unidades est\u00e1n equipadas con lavavajillas, refrigerador, estufa, persianas y pisos de vinilo. Tambi\u00e9n hay unidades con acceso para personas con movilidad reducida y sensorial. El complejo cuenta con dos edificios de tres plantas. No hay ascensores. Los residentes tienen acceso a estacionamiento descubierto en el complejo, lavander\u00eda, sala comunitaria y aparcamiento para bicicletas.
