Esta fase agreg\u00f3 52 casas adosadas a la comunidad. El desarrollo ha sido aclamado como una soluci\u00f3n modelo para abordar la falta de viviendas asequibles para los trabajadores agr\u00edcolas y sus familias. Los Adobes de Maria II fue aclamado por su concepto innovador por USDA Rural Development.<\/p>\n<p>Las casas adosadas cuentan con alquileres de dos y tres habitaciones, un espacio de reuni\u00f3n comunitario con cocina, centro de tratamiento y ex\u00e1menes de salud, centro de aprendizaje y una nueva cancha de f\u00fatbol y baloncesto.
