Accessible and technology ready, they are available to make your day as efficient as possible. All reservations will require a $250 refundable deposit as well as the following booking fee:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Nonprofits: $200 for reservations less than four hours; $400 for reservations greater than four hours<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Businesses: $400 flat rate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Please submit your request at least 30 days
