Peoples' Self-Help Housing Hosts First-Time Home Buyer Education Seminar
on October 28, in Grover Beach

People’s Self-Help Housing is hosting a “First-Time Home Buyer Education Seminar” on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Ramona Garden Park Center, 993 Ramona Avenue, Grover Beach.

The free seminar will present several alternatives and loan options for first time home buyers. Aspiring home owners will be provided with information needed to make wise purchase and loan decisions, to realize the “American Dream”. Workshop attendees, who need further assistance, will be able to set up individual appointments with bi-lingual PSHH housing counselors.

This workshop will be facilitated by Brian Kerrigan, Housing Counselor for Peoples’ Self-Help Housing (PSHH). A graduate of the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, Kerrigan holds a degree in business administration/finance and most recently worked as a loan officer for Chase Bank. Kerrigan is multi-lingual and fluent in Spanish, and also facilitates our Foreclosure Prevention Workshops. Please check our website www.pshhc.org for more information.
