Peoples' Self-Help Housing Hosts First-Time Home Buyer Education Seminar
August 26, in Atascadero

Peoples' Self-Help Housing is hosting a "First-Time Home Buyer Education Seminar" on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. at Rabobank, 6950 El Camino Real, in Atascadero.

The free seminar will present different alternatives and loan options for first time home buyers and provide them with information they need to make wise purchase and loan decisions. Workshop attendees, who need further assistance, will be able to set up individual appointments with bi-lingual PSHH housing counselors.

This workshop will be facilitated by Eric Michielssen, Asset Manager and acting Real Estate Broker for Peoples' Self-Help Housing (PSHH). Mr. Michielssen has a MBA in Education/Career Counseling and a B.S. in Sociology from Cal Poly State University, in San Luis Obispo.
