Peoples' Self-Help Housing Distributes Rental Applications to Qualified Families for Low-Income Guadalupe Development: Riverview Townhomes

Guadalupe, CA, June 30, 2003—Peoples' Self-Help Housing will distribute applications for 80 rental townhomes beginning this Friday through the weekend. The apartment complex will be completed in the Fall, 2003, and the qualified residents will begin moving in at that point.

Wells Fargo is an important partner in this project as a the construction lender and a financial sponsor.

Who: Staff of Peoples' Self-Help Housing rental office and those interested in picking up an application

What: Will distribute applications for the Riverview Townhomes Apartments, which will be completed in the Fall, 2003

Where: 230 Calle Cesar Chavez, Guadalupe. (Main Street and Calle Cesar Chavez, right on Cesar Chavez to the end of the block)

When: Friday July 11, 3-6 pm; Saturday, July 12 noon-6 pm; Sunday, July 13, noon-6 pm
