ASSISTANT MANAGER - VICTORIA HOTEL

Peoples’ Self-Help Housing Corporation seeks an Assistant Manager to help support the property management of The Victoria Hotel. The candidate must be able to take an active role in the day to day management of the Hotel, be involved in resident activities, and foster a sense of community.

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Being an on-site presence for tenants and visitors
• Showing prospective applicants the property
• Reviewing move in and move out inspections with tenants
• Organizing activities for tenants
