The Mission of Peoples' Self-Help Housing is to provide affordable housing and programs leading to
self-sufficiency for low-income families, seniors, and other special needs groups on California's Central Coast.


Properties We Have Developed

Since 1970, PSHH has developed over 1,100 owner-built homes and nearly 1,400 rental units. Additionally over 3,000 housing rehabilitation and home repairs have been completed. These efforts have infused hundreds of millions of dollars into local economies.
